AUSBATAR appreciates the hard work our overseas agents and counsellors do to provide information to interested students. We work very closely with our agents and counsellors to make sure that both you and the student receive the best possible service. AUSBATAR will issue a formal letter with our “Terms of Service” to any agent or counsellors who wishes to provide information on behalf of AUSBATAR. Terms of Service for Agents and Counsellors:

General Information: Agents are authorized to assist students in applying to Wichita State University. No agent, however, is authorized to guarantee admission to the University. Agents may, however, receive I-20s and other admissions documents and distribute them to successful applicants on our behalf. Because of the large volume of applications that we receive, we cannot do informal evaluations of transcripts by fax or e-mail. Students must formally apply for admission and submit all needed application materials in order for the University to determine a student’s admissibility.
Commissions: Accredited School Courses 25% on the student’s first year course fee payment ONLY.
Conditions for agreement: This agreement is for 3 years and shall remain valid until one of the following occurs:
a) Either party gives (30) days notice in writing of termination of this agreement.
b) Either party fundamentally breaches the agreement.
The agent agrees:
a) Not to offer any representation or warranties to students other than those included in the promotional materials authorized by the Institute.
b) Not to pledge credit of the Institute in any way.
c) To act in a faithful and lawful manner.
